Q. What are the advantages of online booking?
A. Booking your appointment online is available 24/7. With instant automated messages, it's a convenient way to confirm and remind you of the date and time. It also gives you access to create, cancel, and even reschedule any of your appointments.
Q. How do I cancel my appointment?
A. Click or tap on your appointment. Find the 'Cancel' button at the bottom left of your appointment details. Your appointment will be cancelled once you have clicked or tapped on this button.
Q. What should I do if there are no appointments available?
A. If there are no appointments available, please call our office and we will confirm whether there are any available times.
Q. What is a new client?
A. A new client is someone who has not been to our clinic before.
Q. How do I reschedule my appointment?
A. Once you've logged in, click or tap on the appointment you would like to reschedule. Then click or tap the orange 'Reschedule' button. Choose another time that suits you and then select the 'Reschedule Now' button at the bottom. Your appointment will now be updated.
Q. What is an existing client?
A. If you have been to our clinic before, you are a existing client.
Q. I'm an existing client, but it doesn't recognise any of my details. What should I do?
A. It may have been a while since your last adjustment, and may not be in our system yet. Please don't book yourself as a new client. Instead, call our office and let us know and we'll update your profile details.
Q. Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
A. No, you don't need a referral to see a chiropractor. Simply, call or book online to make your appointment.
